Come to learn about Detroit City of Design opportunities and accomplishments and meet representatives from other creative cities in North America.
Our creative city partners will share how they have leveraged their UNESCO designations to grow creative businesses, preserve city culture and create opportunity in their cities. Hear from Carlos M Vazquez & Daniel Rios at Dirê Nikkhö, a production studio in Queretaro, Mexico (UNESCO City of Design), Lisa Woods from Austin, Texas (UNESCO City of Media Arts) and Arisa Larios from the UNESCO World Heritage Office in San Antonio, Texas.
