Fill this form if you are the Creative City's focal point or official representative. This information will allow us to collect some basic information and confirm your participation in the Street Design Challenge.

This information will allow participants to have a context as accurate as possible to reality in order to obtain better grounded projects in this third edition of the Street Design International Challenge.
